What you'll do:

• Be alert and active in supporting facility’s commitment to safe practices, infection control, and respect for residents’ rights;
• Set up and pass oral medications as prescribed
• Make proper chart entries regarding residents’ medications
• Take and record residents’ temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rate
• Stock and prepare medication cart for rounds and always observe safe and secure practices
• Observe and notify nurse of any negative drug effects or interactions
• Assist in resident care emergencies.

Who you are:

• CNA/HCA certified
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR certified, Food handlers’ certificate
• 1 year experience, preferred
