EnCom Polymers, Inc.(Engineering Compounding Specialist) located in Evansville, IN is a highly successful, rapidly growing engineering thermoplastics sales, production and marketing company.

EnCom Polymers is seeking Blend Tech B Shift candidates to work in our production facility. This shift works a two week 12 hour alternating schedule; M-Th 7pm-7am, and M-W 7pm-7am.

Blend Technicians are responsible for selecting, transporting and ensuring a consistent flow of material to extrusion machines, loading materials into bins/hoppers and coordinating with production team leads and operators for efficient, high quality production flow and inventory accountability.

Qualifications Include:

· Strong work ethic

· Experience working in plastics production operations

· Experience driving fork trucks in production environment

· Self-starter

· Hold self and others to high standards working in a team environment

· Lift up to 50 lbs.

· Communicate effectively with team members & management

· Excellent attendance record
