Description
Job Summary:
Stockroom Clerks ensure that all required stockroom activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
· Receive, bag and count stock items
· Record data manually or using computer
· Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockroom
· Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock
· Store items in an orderly and accessible manner
· Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment
· Small part assembly work
· Kit orders for the production floor
· Strong attention to detail
· Some Incoming Receiving duties, as needed
Requirements
Skills:
· Strong basic math and counting skills
· Able to see details at close range such as small print (corrected vision ok)
· Able to walk and stand for long periods of time
Qualifications:
· High School diploma required
Job Detail:
· Full time with benefits
· Monday through Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
· Entry wage $16 or DOE
Essential Functions:
· Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required
· Standing and walking for long periods of time
· Use of upper body, arms, and hands throughout the day
· Frequent kneeling, twisting, and/or reaching repeatedly throughout the day
· Repeated lifting 10-20 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
· Ability to place product, weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelving at various heights, when needed
· Able to see details at close range such as small print (corrected vision ok)
