Provide professional, courteous, telephone, radio and Synergy service to both guests and team members.
Work performed:

1. Answers the telephone with appropriate greetings and transfers call to correct extension.
2. Takes messages accurately and logs them in Visual One and/or Synergy
3. Relay pertinent messages immediately to guests or staff. 
4. Communicates with all departments via the telephone, email, radio and or Synergy
5. Relays guest requests and problems to correct department and follows up.
6. Runs daily reports for PBX
7. Provide resolution to guest need, if possible 
8. Completes guest request tickets in Synergy with follow-up to all departments.
9. Logs all incoming packages/mail on the package/mail log and Visual1.
10. Adheres to standards of property and standards of Forbes and Relais & Châteaux.
11. Have full knowledge of property maps for Enchantment and Mii amo. 
12. Other duties as assigned.
