Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting our customers with their retail needs. This requires good communication skills, and the ability to learn the layout of the store and products to assist customer's with any questions they might have. There will be heavy lifting of products.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide them with product information and assistance (will train)

- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs

- Handle cash and credit card transactions at the register

- Answer the phone

- Heavy lifting is required to load customers vehicles, and move products around the store.

- Maintain a clean and organized store

- set up seasonal displays

-move heavy stock to our second level storage area

Experience:

- Plant knowledge is a plus, but not necessary.

- experience in a retail store

-experience using a register

-communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
