In this role, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills via phone, social media, and email to connect with and assist our clients in navigating their vacation planning. You will work closely with some of the leading suppliers in the industry for cruises, resort stays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Obtain supplier certifications to stay up to date with the most recent changes in the industry
• Demonstrate knowledge and recommendation ability in popular vacation destinations around the globe
• Provide outstanding customer service and attention to detail
• Message "Remote" To Nine Five Six, Three Three Nine, Two Eight One Four to schedule an Informational Meeting to schedule an Informational Meeting
• Utilize time management skills in order to research, plan, and book vacation packages for clients
• Multi-task on various assignments while maintaining client satisfaction
• Utilize social media to maintain and market to client base

Qualifications

• Fluency in English Required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to navigate a computer
