This entry level position starts with an hourly rate of $17.00 per hour with a raise after 4-6 weeks of training to $18.00 and a competitive benefits package as well as lots of room for advancement.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Safely working on and around Converting machinery.
• Safely operating machinery and or forklifts to complete tasks.
• Working in a teamwork environment with supervisors and other associates to complete tasks in a fast-paced production atmosphere.
• Perform manual labor tasks to assist the Converting department with important prep and clean-up work.
• Working on machines with a mechanical and electrical aptitude to troubleshoot issues and make corrections before issues arise.

• Basic Qualifications:
• Willing and able to adhere to safety rules and regulations with or without reasonable accommodation
• Willing and able to operate mobile equipment and stationary machinery.
• Willing and able to work in a hot, cold, dusty, and noisy industrial environment. This position is labor intensive.
• Willing to work a 7am-3pm Monday -Friday and OT on Saturday for training and then 12 hr rotating shift schedule including days, nights, and weekends with extended off days.
• Willing and able to wear the necessary Personal Protection equipment (PPE) (i.e. safety glasses, face shield, respirator, ear plugs, hearing protection, steel-toe boots or safety shoes and other PPE required by specific jobs) with or without reasonable accommodation
• What Will Put You Ahead?
• Preferred Qualifications:
• A minimum of one (1) year in industrial machining or factory employment
• Six (6) months or more of forklift experience
• A minimum of one (1) year of continuous employment within the past five (5) years
• Experience in the pulp and paper industry
