ENC ABA is looking for dedicated and compassionate behavior technicians to join our team. Behavior technicians are responsible for assisting Behavior Analysts to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. The candidate will assist learners with day to day activities, monitor their behavior, record and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with clients. Other duties may include clerical and administrative duties. Services may be provided in clinic, school, home, and various community settings to support acquisition, maintenance, and generalization of skills.
To be successful in this role, you must display a compassionate nature, empathy, and discretion in your work. You should have excellent communication and time management skills, and be able to develop and maintain relationships with clients, parents, supervisors, and colleagues. All employees are expected to know and follow the BACB Ethics Code.

Full-time availability requirement is: 9:00am-6:00pm Monday - Thursday and 9:00am-4:00pm on Fridays.
