About the Role:

The Enavate Product Manager will spearhead market analysis, business case development, and feature prioritization in collaboration with Leadership. They will drive product strategy creation, MVP scoping, and engineering specifications, while coordinating with Sales and Marketing for go-to-market planning. The role involves fostering collaboration between cross-functional teams, overseeing project progress, and contributing to product presentations and industry outreach.

Your day will consist of:

• Leveraging industry expertise to craft business plans, particularly in Distribution.
• Analyze the market, collaborate with Senior Leadership, and construct robust business plans.
• Gather feedback from Advisory Boards and user groups if applicable.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, MVP scope, and user scenarios for each release.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure a unified vision during project initiation.
• Maintain project visibility via ADO (Azure Dev Ops) and Release Management.
• Develop marketing collateral in coordination with the Marketing team.
• Participate in project meetings, report progress to Product Leader, and employ Enavate Methodology.
• Perform product demonstrations, potentially presenting solutions at industry events.

Here is what it takes to be successful in the role:

• Advanced familiarity with Dynamics 365 products and relevant technology stacks.
• Demonstrated experience with third-party add-ons or specific industry knowledge.
• Proficiency in Accounting & Distribution domains (e.g., Financials, Sales, Purchasing, eCommerce, Warehousing).
• Strong communication skills encompassing listening, speaking, and writing.
• Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and think in terms of the bigger picture.
• Proactive problem-solving, effective decision-making, and resourceful teamwork.
• Both collaborative and independent capabilities.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related business application experience.
• Understanding of specific industries and/or product knowledge.
• Skills in problem analysis, functional specification delivery, and teamwork.
• Methodical problem-solving, analytical thinking, leadership, and time management.
