Customer Account Rep who speaks Mandarin Chinese at our Global headquarters branch location in Chula Vista, CA Enagic is a Japan-based leading manufacturer of alkaline ionizers and water filtration machines. Enagic distributes its products through a network of independent contractor sales represents through a multilevel (network) marketing business model.

Job Overview

Responsible for the overall support and customer service to our distributors and end-users by fulfilling orders, and answering questions via email, phone, and in person. The representative is responsible for educating and training distributors in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities and duties

Assist customers who contact us via phone, email or in person.
Set up educational training seminars.
Answer phone and email inquires
Answer inquires through online chat support
Correspond with new clients with regard to any question about their new purchase

Qualification

Fluent Chinese and Japanese
People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
Adaptable/flexible -- enjoy doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction.
