Enable Dental is Hiring a Traveling Community Relations Manager Near Austin, TX

Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Sales, the Community Relations Manager conducts sales and marketing efforts promoting facility and patient dental services.

This is a salary and commission-based role. Expenses for this role are paid following our standard travel expense policy.


Special Requirements:
Hired employees must obtain a company-sponsored and paid Texas Insurance license within 6 months of employment. Hired employees will service either Houston, San Antonio, or Austin. Hired employees will also have a secondary market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and manages personal relationships with key personnel at senior living facilities and other assigned locations.
  • Advocate on behalf of the company's dental services with patients, patient advocates, and/or other targeted audiences.
  • Effective communication skills in presenting the company's vision, goals, and services.
  • Represent Enable Dental at various community and facility events.
  • Prepare and deliver marketing materials and identify areas of improvement within the current market.
  • Using CRM platform track marketing activities with detail and follow-up.
  • Generate sufficient sales to meet the minimum monthly quota.
  • Work closely with the Operations Department (Records).
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly.
  • Access to personal transportation and have a "clean" driving record.
  • Must complete frequent compliance tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Computer Skills: An individual should have intermediate knowledge of dental practice management software and Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Internet software.

Education and or Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Sales Experience helpful.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology.
