The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a Business Analyst to our Financial Shared Service Center team in Ridgeland, MS. As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to provide analysis of business and user needs, provide data leadership to team members and the organization, and implement data driven solutions.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading or participating in multiple projects, including by completing or updating project documentation, managing project scope, and ensuring efficient delivery of project tasks and milestones.
• Providing and supporting the implementation of business solutions, including by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and by identifying business needs and improvement opportunities.
• You will have worked in a team support role supporting function or process leaders to obtain and use data to support their data needs and project outcomes
• You will have individual contributor capacity and strong collaboration skills demonstrated in a remote and in-office setting
• Reviewing current business processes, operation metrics, and feedback on issues to support high impact improvement opportunities.
• Training and mentoring team members on the use of continuous improvement methodologies
