Aesthetic Nurse
EN VOGUE MEDI-SPA & PLASTIC SURGERY CENTER is an established Aesthetic, Anti-Aging & Laser Treatment Center located in Southampton, PA. With our continued growth and success, we are excited to hire an Aesthetic Nurse to join our dedicated treatment team in Southampton, PA.

Responsibilities:

Performs non-invasive services and treatments including but not limited to: Injectables (Botox & Filler), Ultherapy, Fat Reduction, CoolSculpting and Skin Rejuvenation, IV Infusions.

Perform all services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards.

Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Administers treatments in accordance with En Vogue policies and procedures.
• Make informed recommendations and explain treatments/services
• Ensuring excellent patient care, while rendering high-quality services
• Establish and maintain rapport with clients in order to ensure overall customer service satisfaction of clients.
• Evaluate client’s suitability for all available services/treatments and perform treatments that same day.
• Pursue opportunities to educate clients on additional services.
• Educate clients on all treatment processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines.
• Maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell services, and retail products.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each client.
• Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate client treatment records/data in the client’s medical chart.
• Sustain proficiency through continuous education and trainings.
• Collaborate with sales and ops teams to achieve company goals.
• Travel between our clinics, as necessary.
• All other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Candidate must have excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills
• Strong communication, high attention to detail and rapport building skills
• Self-motivation, drive, initiative and outgoing and confident sales approach

Education/Training:
Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
REQUIREMENTS:

• Pennsylvania Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years experience with Botox and Filler
• Experience with CoolSculpting, Ultherapy, or Morpheus8
• Laser Hair Removal and Laser Skin Care Experience preferred.
• Energetic, Punctual, Professional & Reliable
• Team player with a Positive "Can-Do" attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Be able to Sell/Recommend products, services and upgrades
• Be able to attend training and certification for treatments or services we may offer, as well as company meetings.

SCHEDULE:

Tuesday 11-7 (More days can be added, depending on availability)

• Hourly Pay Rate is based on experience, as well as performance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour
