EMPWR Solar is Hiring a Home Services Sales Representative Near Raleigh, NC

Are you a self-motivated, competitive, and highly driven salesperson looking to take the next step in your career? Our Field Sales Representative position just might be what you’re looking for. You are the producer of new business in your sales territory, capable of targeting, nurturing, and converting leads into new accounts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in sales, leveraging their strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills to grow a book of business. Compensation:

$141,744 - $156,126 yearly commission

Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services
  • Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
  • Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM
  • Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory
  • Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met
  • Conduct solar consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and provide customized solar solutions
  • Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the financial savings they can achieve
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and incentives to effectively communicate the value proposition of solar energy
  • Daily prospecting
Qualifications:
  • Experience using a CRM is preferred
  • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
