Job Summary

Packer needed to work with other packers to pack household items and all packers and movers work together to have an efficient crew to pack items and sometimes assist movers and work as a team to empty homes and talk with clients. These jobs are in the twin cities area so you must have a drivers license and reliable transportation to each job. You must have packing experience.

Experience necessary

Packers need to be positive and help creat a fun working atmosphere, work well with others, be able to work well in inclement weather (heat/cold) and take direction well from supervisor and must be able to work well with clients and staff to create a positive work environment!

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Ensure the highest quality services to our customers.

2. Report to supervisor

3. Must be on time and able to work all shifts required

4. Assist movers sometimes with items or boxes at the client's site.

5. Must be able to work until the job is completed each day, regardless of time.

6. Perform other duties as needed and as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

1. High school Diploma or GED preferred but not necessary.

2. Respond positively to direction from management and work w/lead packer.

3. Observe safety and security procedures.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

1. Regularly required to stand and climb stairs

2. Occasionally required to wear OSHA approved mask and follow safety protocols.

3. Regularly perform physical activity.

4. Exposure to adverse conditions.

Job Type: Full and Part Time availability

Salary: $17-19 per hour dependent on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
