EMPro is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Laguna Niguel, CA

We are currently expanding our business and looking to hire a motivated Outside Sales Representative to find, engage, and convert prospects into customers. We are a service provider that specializes in the delivery service and logistics support for companies. We are looking for those who would be willing to learn our business and break down doors in other facets of the services we can provide to our customers.

Outside Sales Representative

  • 3 years B2B sales or business development experience required
  • Experience in a fast-paced, quota-driven, results-oriented environment

  • Highly comfortable communicating with and securing meetings with executives/owners of businesses
  • Must be located in Orange County area of Los Angeles
  • Willingness to deliver a high level of sales results consistently

What youll be doing:

  • Generate new business in an assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling and territory visits, networking and referrals
  • Conduct phone calls, in-person meetings and presentations with executives/owners of businesses
  • Partner with multiple levels within each to ensure elevated client satisfaction
  • Consultative selling offering multifaceted enhancements for clients in addition to simple price advantages
  • Be a closer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and grow independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Valid California Driver's License and Insurance
