We are seeking a dedicated, hard-working and personable Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in representing our company with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Employee Management: Assist in the coordination and management of delivery drivers and warehouse employees.
• Office Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally. Maintain organized filing systems and assist with general office tasks.
• Represent the Company: Serve as a point of contact for clients and employees, ensuring a positive and personable representation of Empro.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior office experience and a background in Dispatching/Employee management.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with email tools.
• Traits: Reliable, consistent, personable, organized, and professional.
• Education: High school diploma required; BA preferred. BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field is a plus.
• Knowledge: Working knowledge of office equipment and thorough understanding of office management procedures.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
