Requirements
Nursing Home Social Worker Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• Current licensure as a Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW)
• Experience working in a nursing home or long-term care facility
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding long-term care
• Ability to assess and address the psychosocial needs of residents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
