Registered Nurse (RN)
Shelton Health and Rehabilitation Center (SHRC) is under new management. Our Skilled Nursing Facility has a full staff of dedicated leaders under new Administration and New Operations Management. This means, improvements in work/life, increased resources for our Patients, and people who care about the future of Shelton Health and Rehab.
SHRC is currently looking for qualified RNs to join our Nursing Program, and help lead our Team in 2024.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the Supervision of Patient Care
- Provide compassionate patient care
- Advocate for Patients
- Work along with Providers and Leadership
- Medication Pass as needed
- Comply with State and Federal Regulations
Qualifications:
- Current unrestricted RN License in WA.
- Graduate of accredited nursing program.
- Ability to function under pressure
- Communicate with patients, families, and SHRC staff
- Being a Team Player
- Demonstrated knowledge of nursing process as it relates to geriatric residents, LTC and rehabilitation.
