(1) Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
(1) Monday, Thursday, every-other weekend 8a-8p
Differentials:
Evening Diff: 5pm - 11pm $2.00 per hour
Night Diff: 11pm - 6am $3.00 per hour
Weekend Diff: 2pm Friday through Sunday at 11:59pm $1.50 per hour.
SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, provides direct care and medical treatment to Elders including medication administration and assistance with activities of daily living. Provides effective, timely, and quality health care assistance and related support for assisted living residents.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Administers and records prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders
• Answers Elders calls promptly Measures and records Elder's vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration
• Provides basic care and treatments ordered by the physician
• Observes Elders, charting and reporting changes in Elder conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment, and taking necessary action
• Provides assistance to Elder Sharath's in Elder care Assists Elders with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting Elders into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, etc
• Assists Elders to walk with or without self-help devices as needed
• Assists with the care of the dying Elder, maintaining hope, dignity, and love for the Elder at all times
• Supervises Elder Sharath's on assigned unit
• Provides feedback to Elder Sharath's through performance evaluations and counseling report
• Participates in and receives the nursing report on assigned shifts
• Maintains the confidentiality of all Elder care information according to the St. John's Policy on Confidentiality and Resident Rights
• Reports suspected abuse of an Elder or inappropriate behavior toward an Elder to the supervisor immediately

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Montana. Previous work experience in a health care setting preferred.
