About Us

EmpowerMed Clinic is an innovative naturopathic and functional medicine clinic opening in July 2024 in the Rancho Bernardo neighborhood of San Diego. Founded in 2019, we have been operating from a Scripps Ranch office for the last several years. Now, we are in a growth phase, offering an exciting opportunity for high-quality professionals to join our growing practice as independent contractors. We specialize in women's hormonal imbalances, aesthetics, IV therapy, and fertility treatments, and are dedicated to empowering our patients to achieve optimal health and well-being through innovative and holistic approaches. This means adding additional supportive modalities for a truly integrative and collaborative care experience.

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking experienced and dedicated practitioner independent contractors to join our state-of-the-art facility. This is an excellent opportunity for acupuncturists, chiropractors, estheticians, pelvic floor physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals who serve populations in women's health, perinatal care or fertility.

Each practitioner should be willing to self-brand and self-market, in addition to receiving support from EmpowerMed. Each practitioner must have their own license, malpractice insurance, plus any other licenses, certifications, permits, or forms of insurance required.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, excited, and prepared to build up their own client/patient base within the context of a thriving integrative/naturopathic medical practice. The ideal candidate is looking for a private room within a medical space and will invest in a 60/40 split of revenue for 24/7 use of the rented room in addition to clinic amenities. The space comes with the use of the reception area and other public areas within the medical suite.

Requirements

• Established and thriving practice with at least 50% minimum capacity
• Current license and certification in your respective field
• Current professional malpractice, business & general liability insurance
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
