As a Virtual BCBA/BCaBA at Empower U ABA Therapy, you will:
● Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the
principles of ABA.
● Provide virtual supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and
direct care staff.
● Implement and monitor treatment plans, making data-driven decisions to ensure
progress and success.
● Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create a comprehensive
support network.
● Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in the field of ABA therapy.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Virtual BCBA/BCaBA position, you should possess:
● Certification as a BCBA or BCaBA.
● Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders.
● Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and remotely.
● Proficiency in using technology for virtual sessions.
