Position Overview:

As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our clinic operations. You will be responsible for implementing systems and processes to improve operational efficiency by 10% across all areas of the clinic. Additionally, you will lead efforts to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track clinic performance and strategically prioritize areas for improvement and staff training. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a positive team culture, retaining top talent, and building a high-performing team of "A players." You will also play a critical role in supporting the CEO by proactively identifying and implementing solutions to streamline operations and free up her time to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Efficiency:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve overall operational performance by 10%.
  • Implement systems and processes to optimize scheduling, billing, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
  • Continuously assess and refine operational procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Metrics and KPI's:
  • Develop and implement KPIs to measure clinic performance and communicate key insights to stakeholders.
  • Strategically analyze KPI data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and training needs for the team.
  • Use data-driven insights to set priorities and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the clinic.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead effective meetings to ensure open communication, collaboration, and accountability among team members.
  • Provide ongoing support, coaching, and training to empower team members to excel in their roles.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Recognize and reward outstanding performance and contributions from team members.
  • Address any issues or concerns proactively to maintain a supportive and productive work environment.
  • Recruiting and Onboarding:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for the clinic.
  • Lead the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into and out of the team.
  • Clearly communicate expectations to new hires and provide ongoing support to help them succeed in their roles.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth and development.
  • Supporting the CEO:
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency to free up the CEO's time.
  • Present solutions, not just problems, and collaborate with the CEO to implement strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing support and assistance as needed to drive the overall success of the business.

Qualifications:

  • You DO NOT need experience in the healthcare field to apply – and nor is it preferable or an advantage in this process

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and address operational challenges.
