Support Team Member - Empower Physical Therapy (Wasilla Clinic)

Position Overview:

As a Support Team Member, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients. Working closely with the physical therapist, you will assist patients with exercises and contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming patients to the clinic, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the clinic environment to uphold our standards of hygiene and professionalism.
• Assisting therapists with exercises and setting up equipment for treatments, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care.
• Efficiently scribing and assisting the DPT in documenting treatment procedures and patient progress.
• Following up with patients to schedule future visits, demonstrating dedication to their prescribed plan of care.
• Performing administrative tasks such as faxing, scanning, and laundry duties.
• Cross-training as a Front Office Coordinator to cover reception duties, answer phones, and schedule appointments, ensuring seamless coordination of clinic activities.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer service experience
• Willingness to learn and grow

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, flexible hours totaling 20-40 hours per week.
