We are a dedicated and compassionate group of ABA professionals providing center-based services to children with autism. Our center serves individuals ages 2-22. We are looking for full-time Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team at our beautiful ABA center in Fredericksburg, VA.

Registered Behavior Technician Description

Provides direct therapy to clients using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis at Empower Behavioral Services, LLC:

• Implements 1:1 ABA programming addressing goals and objectives for clients based on treatment plan developed by BCBA in a center-based setting
• Implements behavior support plans that are based upon functional assessment of behavior by BCBA
• Assists with social skills groups at our center
• Attends ongoing clinical training sessions

** NO travel required

** NO late evenings required (we close at 6pm)

Qualifications

Must be a dedicated, patient, reliable, and committed team player with a strong desire to help children with disabilities and their families. At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities. Attention to detail and good communication skills are essential. Minimum of high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to complete RBT certification upon hire. CPR/BLS certified required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
