Emporia State University is seeking applications for a full-time receptionist for a year-round position with the Student Wellness team.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Managing the scheduling system for a busy integrated college health and counseling service,
• Making patient/client appointments,
• Answering phones, and
• Providing welcoming and inclusive customer service to a diverse population.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, background in fast-paced customer service, knowledge of medical terminology and comfort with technology preferred.
