Job Description:
Looking for a Press operator, you will have an opportunity to learn how to use various types of signage printing and finishing equipment. You will need to review and set up customers' graphic designs for printing and finishing. The focus of this position is the production of "large format" signage using various materials on digital imaging and finishing equipment.
This job requires hard work and a good ethic. The work is fast-paced. The ability to effectively multitask is critical. There is a mix of different sign materials and printing/finishing work. You will be working with very high-end and technically detailed equipment to produce signage products that can be quite large. We use PC computers to review and set up the art to image to the printing and cutting equipment.
Work hours are Monday through Friday, with hours ranging from 9-AM to 6:00 PM. A workday is normally 8 hours, but I am willing to do Part time. Being physically fit and able to handle heavy media is a regular part of the job. Lifting is needed to load the machines to print.
This is part-time and could lead to a full time.
