Duties/Responsibilities
•Order Processing: Efficiently ringing in guest orders at the point of sale (POS) system
and/or through the drive-thru.
•Customer Interaction: Providing excellent customer service by warmly greeting and
interacting with guests throughout the cafe, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
•Phone Etiquette: Answering incoming phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm,
assisting customers with inquiries and orders over the phone.
•Cleanliness Guru: Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the cafe environment,
including wiping down tables, cleaning counters, and ensuring a pristine atmosphere for an
exceptional guest experience.
•Stock Organization: Keeping stations well-stocked and organized, ensuring supplies are
readily available for the team to provide efficient service.
•Barista Aspirations: Embracing the exciting journey of learning the art of being a barista,
including crafting delicious coffee beverages, mastering the espresso machine, and nailing
those latte art skills.
•Team Player: Collaborating closely with the team to ensure smooth operations, assisting in
any way necessary to create a positive work environment and provide top-notch service.
•Drive-Thru Excellence: Skillfully managing drive-thru orders, ensuring accuracy and
efficiency to keep things running seamlessly for our on-the-go guests.
•Upselling Magic: Recommending additional items and upselling products to enhance the
guest experience and contribute to sales growth.
•Adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to different tasks and responsibilities as needed
in a dynamic cafe environment.
•Training and Growth: Taking advantage of opportunities to learn and grow, mastering new
skills, and evolving into a skilled barista while contributing to the overall success of the
team.
•Perform other related duties as assigned by Keyed and Management.

Required Skills/Abilities/Experience
•Good memory to manage multiple orders simultaneously and recall faces, names, and
preferences of regular customers. (Let's be honest, most of this is 2nd nature to you!)
•Ability to serve customers quickly, efficiently, and kindly.
•Ability to follow all safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
•Previous customer service experience, a plus!
•Must obtain health permit.
Training
•Embark on a detailed training program tailored for our Cashier role, spanning 240 hours to
enhance your skills and proficiency in providing exceptional service and manage transactions with precision.
Physical Requirements
•Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
•Must be available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
