Employment Solutions is Hiring a Machine Operator Near Osceola, PA
Employment Solutions is seeking Machine Operators for our Elkland, PA Client! Our client has been in business for over 50 years and they manufacture and distribute various plastic injection molding products that are used in the housing industry. The pay rate is $17/hr Currently hiring for 2nd shift.

Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machines used in the production process
- Set up machines according to specifications and ensure proper functioning
- Monitor machines during operation to detect any issues or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Package finished products for shipment or storage
- Handle materials and components needed for production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Machine Operator Experience:
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic assembly techniques
- Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar software for machine operation and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience in fabricating, welding, or tooling is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
