Benton Company hiring a Temporary Environmental Clerk (data entry/ clerical) for 6 -12 weeks.

Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Pay: 17.00/hour

Job Duties:
Provide clerical support to department supervisor and other department members as well as document management.

Functions & Responsibilities:

• Data entry, filing, reporting, answer phones, coordinate mail
• Order office supplies and maintain inventories
• Scan manifests, pre-index regulations & regulatory correspondence
• Assist with annual report
• Issue problems to the customer for manifest problems

Experience:

One year of previous office experience is required.

Knowledge and Abilities:

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Manifest correction and D.O.T. regulations.

Strong working knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office and Excel Applications.

Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.

A post offer drug screen will be required.
