Machine Operator

• Locations: Suffield
• Full-Time
• Schedule: All shifts available including weekend shifts! 1st, 2nd, 3rd
• $15.50 - $21.10 - depending on experience and shift

Weekend Shifts (3 Day Weekend Shift is Fri, Sat, & Sun, 6 PM – 6 AM, work 36 hrs get paid for 40 hrs)

Machine Operator Description:

Manufacture products according to the procedures and guidelines. Responsible for Supervision and set up of a production line. Responsible for the operation of equipment on a production line.

Machine Operator Duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise Production set up at the start of production day

• Supervise and help Prepare machines to run production making sure all equipment and safety devices are operational and equipment is running at proper specifications.

• Coordinate with warehouse preparation to ensure raw materials and delivered.

• Inputs raw materials and checks for continued accuracy and quality of output. Performs output spot checks.

• Maintains line to ensure an end-to-end production of the product within specifications through to handoff to the packing department

• Coordinate with maintenance to resolve line problems

Supervises single line during production and personnel working on that line

Machine Operator Experience/Education:

• Manufacturing safety protocols.

• 1 to 2 years experience in machine operation is a plus

• 6 Months experience and demonstrated high performance in entry-level Machine/Line operations role

• High School or GED

• Proficient in English - written and spoken

• Basic Math skills
