This role will focus on supporting the Warehouse Production and Customer Service Team with shipping. You must have the ability to work safely and operate various shipping label, binding and cutting equipment. The department is a fast-paced environment requiring repetitive processes with accuracy and speed to achieve the daily goals of production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help manage the flow of retail orders through open order reports.
• Create tasks for retail pickers to complete.
• Work closely with pickers on picking, staging, and prepping for shipment with the occasional need to help pick alone or with a team member.
• Assist the retail shipping lead role through various means of releasing, routing, scheduling, and shipping orders.
• Work closely with the retail customer service team by providing them updates and answering any inquiries they may have.
• Become familiar with routing guides and how to read and utilize them.
• Guide the picking teams on picking tasks from start to finish.
• Communicate needs to finishing line/special projects.
• Communicate progress of daily goals and achievements to supervisor.
• Any other duties assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GDE equivalent.
• Up to 1 year year(s) of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work well in teams, proper communication etiquette, and follow directions.
• Must be able to work 1st shift hours - Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System software systems, preferred.
• Microsoft Excel experience, preferred.
