Empire is Hiring a Collector I Near Ontario, CA

JOB SUMMARY:

The Collector I is our entry level position who's responsibility is to locate the consumer and notify them of the delinquent account. This is the most important role in our company because it requires discipline through high volume of outbound calls and is the beginning action for our team to recover current client losses and contributes to stabilizing our economy. Through our seamless onboarding and training process, we intend to quickly progress collectors into negotiation and management positions.

POSITION OBJECTIVES:

  • High call volume - outbound and inbound
  • Responsible for collecting individual monthly target
  • Use strategy and tactics.
  • Multi -tasking between computer screens, web searches, while dialing on the phone
  • Reading aloud from a script

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Entry Level
  • Prior Telemarketing, Sales, or Debt Collection Experience preferred however not necessary
