Position Overview:

As a Sales Personnel at Empire Roofing & Exteriors, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients. You will have the opportunity to represent a reputable company and showcase our exceptional services to homeowners and businesses in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to address their roofing and exterior requirements.

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and effectively manage your sales pipeline.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition of Empire Roofing & Exteriors.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
