We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Market Coordinator.
Position Overview:
As a Market Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing and fundraising initiatives of World Vision. You will be responsible for coordinating various market activities, events, and campaigns to increase awareness, engage supporters, and generate funds for our cause.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Coordination:

• Plan and execute fundraising events, market fairs, and community outreach programs.
• Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful event execution.

Campaign Management:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote Heifer International and its initiatives.
• Coordinate online and offline campaigns, including social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.

Community Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community leaders, and supporters.
• Organize and attend community events to raise awareness and foster community involvement.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the communications team to create compelling content for marketing materials.
• Collaborate with volunteers and team members to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
• Proven experience in event coordination and marketing, preferably in the non-profit sector is a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
