Job Title: Service Liaison

Empire Hospitality, a federal contractor in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Service Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a heart for service and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our guests. As a Service Liaison, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with our hotel partners while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain positive relationships with hotel partners and guests
• Facilitate, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks
• Maintain strict schedules and meet demanding deadlines
• Respond to electronic communications in a timely and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests
• Ensure all logistics are handled efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills
• Warm and welcoming service orientation
• Ability to facilitate, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks
• Ability to maintain strict schedules and meet demanding deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Special preference will be given to qualified persons who served in an active military capacity and were honorably discharged.
