Our continually growing practice is looking to add another AMAZING experienced Front Desk Associate! We are a multi-specialty practice specializing in Endodontics, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, and Orthodontics.

This position will require the perfect person to be flexible and jump in where needed, a true jack of all trades. Dental experience is required (Assisting or Front desk). Dentrix and Eaglesoft experience is a plus! Travel between our Beavercreek and West Chester locations may be required on occasion.

Job duties:

-Verifying insurance via online portal or by telephone

-Entering insurance information accurately into the system

-Check in/Check out

-Answering phones

-Scheduling

-Collections

-Treatment planning

-Other administrative duties as assigned
