**Unit Manager Responsibilities: **

As an integral part of our Nursing Administrative Team, the LPN/RN Unit Manager will be a responsible and skilled professional driven to deliver exceptional nursing care. Your focus will be on promoting the well-being of our patients through high-quality nursing care.

Your role will encompass a range of vital tasks, including:

- Monitoring and assessing patient needs, providingoptimal care, and guidance

- Observing and interpreting patient symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians

- Collaborating with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans

- Performing routine procedures and maintainingaccurate patient charts

- Administering medication and treatments in line with physician orders
