**Responsibilities:**

As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for:

- Providing ongoing professional development services for staff members.

- Conducting comprehensive new employee orientation and coordinating competency completion.

- Delivering annual mandatory and continuous education for staff, adhering to state and federal regulations and company policies.

- Teaching in-house courses such as the CNA training program and special care unit training.

- Coordinating the employee health program, including immunizations, flu shots, and physical exams.

- Monitoring and ensuring current licensure and certifications of facility staff.
