Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Medical Records Coordinator:

• Maintain accurate order of charts
• Maintain HIPPA requirements regardingrecords
• Prepare closed records, filing current records, Maintain thin charts
• Accurately enters and maintains data relative to supplies using company software programs.
• Coordinate resident transportation needs

Qualifications: Training is offered for this role to an eager candidate

• Possess working knowledge of medical terminology
• Must be accurate and detailed oriented
• Interact in a professional yet warm manner with customers, families, visitors, and center personnel.
• CNA experience is appreciated not required
