Subaru of Huntington is looking for a motivated salesperson to take their career to the next level! Our Subaru facility was recently renovated, which includes a fully enclosed service drive-through with state-of-art equipment; a new efficient shop that increases productivity and a spacious up-to-date customer waiting room including a full beverage and snack bar. Subaru of Huntington is offering up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus to experience sales advisors*

Your Daily Work Schedule: 

  • Develops relationships with customers to build a client-base for life.
  • Exhibits consultative selling skills and assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Continuously develops product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority; knows the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Performs high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follows up with buyers to ensure a successful referral business.
  • Learning to overcome objections and thrive within a sales situations.
  • Reports directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyzes.
  • Brings ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work every single day.

  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • You understand the importance of listening and being empathetic.
  • You have a strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • You have at least one year of prior employment involving customer-facing service or telephone contact.
  • You have friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
  • You are open to constructive feedback to improve your performance and development.
  • You have strong computer, phone and multitasking skills.

 * Bonus disbursement will be determined by management at the time of the applicants hiring.
