About the Role

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering new features and enhancements to our suite of mobile and web applications. We are a small, highly collaborative team working in an exciting and fast-paced startup environment and you will have opportunities to leverage your deep understanding of software engineering best practices as you work on many aspects of our platform alongside team members who share your passion for great technology.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build applications for iOS, Android and the web using the Flutter framework and Google Cloud back-end services.
  • Own the lifecycle of your features from design and development through testing, debugging, documenting, releasing, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and transform product requirements into engaging user experiences and world-class software.
  • Develop automated unit, integration, and UI tests to ensure product performance and quality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field of study
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of cross-platform mobile and web application development, deployment, and maintenance
  • Proficiency with Dart, Flutter, and Typescript/JavaScript
  • Experience with Python is a plus
  • Experience with reactive frameworks and state management solutions for Flutter, preferably Riverpod
  • Experience with cloud platforms and PaaS/FaaS architectures, preferably Google Cloud Platform and Firebase
  • Proficiency with web services and distributed system architectures
  • Proficiency with Git source control and agile development practices
  • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards including FHIR is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
