Emory Department of Pediatrics, Laboratory of Biochemical Pharmacology is recruiting a molecular virologist.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years experience in broad and extensive training in microbial pathogenesis, molecular biology, and animal models of infectious disease. Ph.D. in microbiology or virology required with extensive postdoctoral training.
Prefer candidate with hands-on experimental work with mice and rats, human blood and tissue samples, and experience with multiple viral pathogens and their molecular clones, including HIV, SIV, CMV, and SARS-CoV-2.
