The Director of HR Data Analytics reports to the Vice President, Total Rewards and HR Tech/Data and manages a team of data personnel with a common goal of implementing and supporting Human Resources data and analytics. This role is responsible for executing on strategic, cross-functional, and/or multi-disciplinary programs using HR data and analytics to drive exceptional business value for Emory; managing strategic priorities and assisting with strategic planning within and across HR to drive and ensure alignment with HR analytics. They will proactively design analytics approaches that align with the business objectives and strategy of Emory Healthcare. This position must also provide effective resource management to the teams including coaching to ensure effective day-to-day operations and reliability.

Environmental exposures include, but are not limited to: Blood-borne pathogen exposure Bio-hazardous waste Chemicals/gases/fumes/vapors Communicable diseases Electrical shock , Floor Surfaces, Hot/Cold Temperatures, Indoor/Outdoor conditions, Latex, Lighting, Patient care/handling injuries, Radiation , Shift work, Travel may be required.
