Contract: 18 weeks contract with possible extensions
Shift: Day 3x12 or 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week

EXCLUSIVE CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK EVERY WEEKEND

IN LICENSE AND CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUBMIT

Certification Requirements:

ACLS, BLS, RRT, NRP (req for those placed in L&D, determined by the client, a traveller can obtain once offered) Indiana State License PALS preferred.

Skillset Requirements: NICU, PICU, Vents 18 months minimum experience required, Servo I, Servo U, Hamilton G5

Minimum Experience Required: 18 months of recent NICU or PICU experience required
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; TRAUMA 1 EXPERIENCE IN CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IN LAST YEAR REQUIRED
