Swim Instructor Pay and Benefits :
- Starting teaching rates $10-$14

A Swim Instructor's Workday :
- Teach the same students weekly, celebrating their progress in the pool.
- Work a set schedule with a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Work alongside experts to follow all safety standards keeping children, families and staff wellbeing top of mind.
- Replace the gym with work! Standing for periods of time, moving around on deck and in the pool, lifting students and pool equipment are all expected parts of the job.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.

About Emler Swim School
We are people who love kids and teaching kids to love swimming! At Emler Swim School, our students safety is our highest priority. Once a child is ready to learn the four competitive swim strokes, they attend the Swimmers classes. For swimmers who can benefit from working on endurance and love to be a part of a team, our Recreational Swim Team offers ongoing learning and competitive fun. We are still growing, with 29 locations serving communities in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Kansas City area, and soon, Oregon.
