Task Order Manager - Denver, CO
The Task Order Manager will perform task order management, to include, scope development, cost estimating, planning, scheduling, execution, cost control, and reporting. The Task Order Manager will utilize analytical tools for tracking and reporting on task orders. They will provide technical leadership, problem solving, decision making, and innovative solutions to ensure all GSA goals and objectives are met. They will be responsible for overseeing unscheduled repair through placement of call orders and updating project management on all IDIQ and above standard service work. They will be accountable for effectively communicating the status of all unscheduled activity being provided through Government-issued task orders. They will develop and maintain relationships with customers, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to facilitate successful program performance and problem resolution. They will also provide daily supervision and direction to workers performing task order and IDIQ work including subcontractors. The Task Order manager will report directly to the Project Manager.

Qualifications
The Task Order Manager will be a high school graduate or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of recent - within the past seven years - experience in the management and supervision of unscheduled maintenance and repair projects provided through Government-issued task orders in buildings of similar size, scope, and complexity as those covered under this contract. They will be detail oriented and able to effectively utilize cost estimating and project management software like RS Means, SmartSheets, and MS Project. A detailed resume will be provided during the contract transition period.
