,Job Title: Client Support Specialist
Hours: 8am to 1pm, Monday - Friday
Note: ON THE JOB TRAINING (OJT) IS PROVIDED FOR THIS POSITION
We do not expect most candidates to have prior experience in certain work duties for this position. EMKAY is prepared to provide the training necessary. Within a few weeks most new hires, possessing a personal drive for success, will develop the necessary competencies to be well on their way to being successful in this position.
SUMMARY
Client Support Specialists are the first point of contact for our clients. This vital position provides employees with the opportunity and the challenge to make a difference through their daily work providing advice and solutions to customers. The position requires professionalism, a proactive mindset, patience, and the ability to develop a high level of cooperation with customers, vendors and EMKAY employees working in other departments.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to staff a work station and remain in a sitting/standing position throughout the majority of the day. Employees consistently operate a computer and general office equipment. The person in this position frequently communicates in person, via telephone, and email in order to complete job requirements. The employee frequently handles materials that weigh 1 to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
