Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?

Main purpose of the Preferred Associate role:

This is a full-time role for a candidate who can accurately complete preferred order processing and fulfillment requests. The person in this role will work 40 hours per week. Overtime will be assigned on an as needed basis. This position is temporary for the first 60 days. Upon successful completion of 60 days the position becomes a permanent addition to staff.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

•The pulling of inventory from fulfillment center pick mod or other processing areas.

•Processing/packing inventory for customer orders as outbound shipments.

•Processing customer returns 

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

•Highly productive mindset

•Attention to detail when completing tasks

•Performs well in a team environment

•Punctual and can adhere to schedule (8AM-4:30PM)Details of position

Minimum Qualifications:

•Adequate written and verbal communications skills

•Ability to work on feet and carry loads up to 25 pounds

•Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends if needed 

Preferred Qualifications:

•1 years’ experience in warehousing or order fulfillment

•Strong written and verbal communications skills

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current hourly rate is $16.00- $16.50/hour based on experience.
