Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Enhancement Foreman to join our team. As the Landscape Enhancement Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of landscape enhancement projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. You will lead a team of landscapers and work closely with project managers to execute various landscape enhancement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of landscapers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Plan and organize landscape enhancement projects, including the allocation of resources, scheduling, and logistics.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Perform hands-on landscape enhancement tasks, including planting, mulching, pruning, and installing hardscape features.
• Inspect job sites to ensure work is being performed according to specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain and operate landscaping equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Implement sustainable landscaping practices and techniques where applicable.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and quality control.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a landscape foreman or similar role, with a strong background in landscape construction and enhancement.
• Extensive knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and work schedules.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Certification in landscaping or related field is a plus.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
